Kampar District is a district of Perak, Malaysia. It was created on 21 May, 2009, becoming the 10th district of the state. Kampar district is bordered by Ipoh in the north, Pahang in the east and Batang Padang District in the south. The administrative seat is the town of Kampar.
Kampar District is divided into two counties, or mukim, namely Kampar and Teja. Based on the 2010 statistics, Chinese forms the majority in Kampar District (52.8%) followed by Bumiputera (36.1%) and Indian (11.0%).
