Pantai Remis Curry Mee Stall

Pantai Remis Curry MeePantai Remis Curry Mee (21 September 2020)

Pantai Remis Curry Mee Stall (GPS: 4.45256, 100.62839) is located along the main road in town. This is a good place to go for breakfast. The stall offers three types of noodle items - the soupy curry mee, the dry curry mee, and the clear soup noodle.

I had the opportunity to speak with the lady operating the stall. She told me that she is Hokkien, therefore she was able to speak the language. Her curry mee is very different from curry mee we get in Penang. For one thing, it has the inclusion of various fish such as sting ray, sardine and mackerel. These are cooked in various curry dishes and added to the noodle. Each bowl of curry mee is RM5.00 (Sept 2020).

Location of this curry mee stall

This curry mee stall occupies the ground floor of a two-storey shophouse facing the main road (Federal Route 60).

About this website

Hello and thanks for reading this page. My name is Timothy and my hobby is in describing places so that I can share the information with the general public. My website has become the go to site for a lot of people including students, teachers, journalists, etc. whenever they seek information on places, particularly those in Malaysia and Singapore. I have been doing this since 5 January 2003, for over twenty years already. You can read about me at Discover Timothy. By now I have compiled information on thousands of places, mostly in Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore, and I continue to add more almost every day. My goal is to describe every street in every town in Malaysia and Singapore.
