Jalan Chung Thye Phin is a road in Taiping, Perak. It connects Jalan Stesen in the north with Jalan Cempedak, at the intersection with Jalan Berangan and Lorong Tupai, in the south. In between it is intersected by Jalan Barrack, Jalan Taming Sari, Jalan Kota, Jalan Panggung Wayang and Persiaran Taiping, while forming T-junctions to it are Jalan Pasar and Jalan Kwa Su.

Jalan Chung Thye Phin was named after Kapitan Cina Chung Thye Phin, the last Kapitan Cina of Taiping.
