Jalan Tasik Lestari, Taiping, Perak (30 September 2022)


Jalan Tasik Lestari is a road in the Lake Gardens area of Taiping, Perak. Running parallel to Jalan Pekeliling, the 750-metre road connects Jalan Pekeliling to Jalan Saw Ah Choy. It was officiated by Khairul Amir Mohamad Zubir, the Yang Dipertua of the Taiping Municipal Council. Construction of the road began on 22 July 2021, and the road was opened on 28 January 2022.

Jalan Tasik Lestari was created to reduce traffic congestion in the Lake Gardens. It also serves to distance traffic from the heritage rain trees. The road is near Sungai Larut, which is visible from the road.
