Sri Sithi Vinayagar Temple, Taiping (31 August, 2015)
Sri Sithi Vinayagar Temple (GPS: 4.84785, 100.73303) is a Hindu temple in Taiping, Perak. It is located on Jalan Stesen (formerly Upper Station Road), a short distance from the Gurdwara Sahib Taiping. The temple has a walled compound around its mandapa, or pillared porch, surrounding the inner sanctuary. The entrance to Sri Sithi Vinayagar Temple has a arch topped with intricate figurines, centred around the Hindu deity Ganesha. Flanking the arch is a pair of elephants with their trunks raised.
