Fishing boats at Kuala Kuala Bagan Tiang, Perak (29 August, 2015)
Bagan Tiang (GPS: 5.11177, 100.39762) is a small fishing village in northern Perak. It is located at the mouth of Sungai Kota. It is located on the banks of Sungai Kota. My wife and I arrived at Kuala Bagan Tiang, Perak, on 29 August, 2015. We found it to be a largely fishing community, with most of the people here working as fishermen or related activities. We walked about the fishing village. It is located by the bank of the river, which is crowded with fishing boats. Most of the houses along the bank are also involved in the fishing industry.
Kuala Bagan Tiang in Perak is off tourist trails, but it is nonetheless a fascinating place for city folks like us to visit, to view where the fish we consume come from.
Hello and thanks for reading this page. My name is Timothy and my hobby is in describing places so that I can share the information with the general public. My website has become the go to site for a lot of people including students, teachers, journalists, etc. whenever they seek information on places, particularly those in Malaysia and Singapore. I have been doing this since 5 January 2003, for over twenty years already. You can read about me at Discover Timothy. By now I have compiled information on thousands of places, mostly in Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore, and I continue to add more almost every day. My goal is to describe every street in every town in Malaysia and Singapore.
