The two storey arcade has shops selling clothes and souvenirs, catering mostly to locals as well as the working class. The central atrium has an airwell providing natural light into the area below. The location of Arked Niaga Padang Besar makes it possible for people from across the border to come over for shopping, though some regard shopping on the Thailand side makes more sense.
