KK Times Square (GPS: 5.9705, 116.06607) is a huge shopping mall and business centre to the south of downtown Kota Kinabalu. It is located along the Coastal Highway (Lebuh Raya Pantai Baru), adjacent to Sutera Harbour.
KK Times Square covers an area of 23 acres. It is being developed in two phases. The first phase covers the construction of a modern commercial block with business suites, offices and retail outlets. This area takes up 8 acres of land. The second phase, yet to be constructed, occupies the remaining 15-acre land, which will include a huge shopping mall (presently called KK Times Square: The Mall) housing department stores and a hypermarket, with a 5-star hotel, exhibition centre, cineplex, two office towers and condominiums.

Hello and thanks for reading this page. My name is Timothy and my hobby is in describing places so that I can share the information with the general public. My website has become the go to site for a lot of people including students, teachers, journalists, etc. whenever they seek information on places, particularly those in Malaysia and Singapore. I have been doing this since 5 January 2003, for over twenty years already. You can read about me at Discover Timothy. By now I have compiled information on thousands of places, mostly in Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore, and I continue to add more almost every day. My goal is to describe every street in every town in Malaysia and Singapore.
