Tawau Division is an administrative division on the southeastern part of Sabah. It occupies an area of 14,9045 square kilometers, representing 20% of Sabah. It also contains 26% of Sabah's total population, comprising mainly of Bajau, Suluk, Idaan and Tidong people, as well as Bugis and Filipino immigrants, many illegally settling in Sabah. All the towns have a sizeable number of Chinese people as well.
