Tun Abdul Razak Hall is a now defunct annex of the Sarawak Museum in Kuching. Originally used as the Sarawak legislative assembly hall from 1973 to 1975, it was converted into a museum exhibition gallery and opened to the public in 1983. The Tun Abdul Razak Hall housed items from the prehistoric era. Its exhibits include jars and brassware, Chinese furniture, traditional pottery and specimens of local insects.
The Tun Abdul Razak Hall wasdemolished in early 2014 to make way for the construction of the new building of Sarawak Museum. The new building is expected to be a four-storey structure, known as the Sarawak Museum Campus and Heritage Trail. It will have 950 square meters of exhibition space that employs cutting-edge technology for the preservation of Sarawak Museum's extensive collection.

Hello and thanks for reading this page. My name is Timothy and my hobby is in describing places so that I can share the information with the general public. My website has become the go to site for a lot of people including students, teachers, journalists, etc. whenever they seek information on places, particularly those in Malaysia and Singapore. I have been doing this since 5 January 2003, for over twenty years already. You can read about me at Discover Timothy. By now I have compiled information on thousands of places, mostly in Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore, and I continue to add more almost every day. My goal is to describe every street in every town in Malaysia and Singapore.
