Masjid Jamek Sultan Ibrahim, Kuala Selangor (7 July, 2016)
Masjid Jamek Sultan Ibrahim (GPS: 3.32842, 101.25784) is the district mosque of
Kuala Selangor. Located on Jalan 2/1, the mosque was completed in 1982 and opened by the late Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah. It was named after the 18th century ruler of Selangor, Sultan Ibrahim Shah, who reigned from 1778 to 1826. If I am not mistaken, Kuala Selangor was the seat of the Selangor government during Sultan Ibrahim Shah's reign.
