UEP Subang Jaya (USJ), Selangor

USJ, which stands for UEP Subang Jaya, is a residential neighbourhood developed by Sime UEP in the mukim of Damansara, in the Petaling district of Selangor. It is to the south of the older neighbourhood of Subang Jaya and the the southwest of Bandar Sunway.

USJ can be considered the continuation of Subang Jaya, which was also developed by Sime UEP, and completed in 1988. The first phase of USJ was completed in the early 1990s. The development are numbered beginning with USJ1, and developing southwards till USJ24 and Putra Heights.

USJ lies on the west side of the Klang River, across from Puchong on the east side. The commercial areas of USJ are Taipan Business Centre at USJ10 and Subang Business Centre at USJ9, at the heart of the neighbourhood.
