Kemasik Beach (GPS: 4.42129, 103.45592) is one of the most beautiful beaches in
Terengganu. This palm-fringed beach is best noted for its rock formation off the coast. It is a nice place to just stand there and admire the South China Sea, especially on windy days.
Kemasik Beach is located between
Kerteh to the north and
Kijal to the south. If you wish to spend the night here, it has a five star resort, the
Awana Kijal Golf, Beach and Spa Resort (Phone 09 864 1188).

I arrived at Kemasik Beach on a stormy day evening. Stopped to admire the scenery, before the rain drove us back into the car.
