Masjid Jamek Simpang Empat (GPS: 5.48465, 100.42563) is the village mosque of
Permatang Buluh in
Kepala Batas,
Seberang Perai Utara. Masjid Jamek Simpang Empat is so called because it is at the intersection of State Routes P203 and P200. This beautiful mosque has three onion domes which are now painted glossy green (previously black). Adding to the design of this mosque is an ancient cannon installed in front of the mosque.
