Mat Toh Yau (GPS: 5.38988, 100.31242) is a dessert shop in Jelutong specializing in sweet desserts. It is located at the junction of Penaga Road and Ipoh Lane. The premises operates as a normal coffee shop during the morning market session, but in the evening, it specialises in sweet desserts.

16 December, 2017Today we decided to go to the Mat Toh Yau coffee shop for our breakfast. We ordered the wan than mee, which we ordered "extra black". I like the wan than mee, but my wife complained that it is too salty. Yes, it is indeed salty, and perhaps I shouldn't take something so salty. Another thing is that, it still offers the wet wan than in a small bowl, whereas so many other stalls just offer the deep-fried wan than on the plate.
