Medan Lumba Kuda Flats are two blocks of low-cost flats in the Batu Gantong area, in George Town, Penang. Not to be mistaken for Medan Lumba Kuda Apartment, they are the 3-storey Block 14 and 5-storey Block 11. The flats are accessed via Jalan Sekolah La Salle, which is connected to Jalan Batu Gantung.

Facilities

Facilities are limited to communal parking and general maintenance.

The nearest petrol station is the Esso along Jalan Air Itam. The nearest schools include SMJK Union, SK St Xavier and SJK Shang Wu. The nearest market is the Kampung Baru Market. The nearest shopping centres are all at downtown. The nearest hospital is the Penang General Hospital.

Medan Lumba Kuda Flats are 4.2 km from Komtar, making it ideal for those working in the city.

Traffic

Traffic along Jalan Batu Gantung increases on racecourse days. Scotland Road experiences heavy traffic every day, particularly during rush hours.

Public Transport

The nearest bus stop is along Scotland Road, about 10 minutes' walk away. It is served by Rapid Penang bus 304 and 306.
