Medan Lumba Kuda Flats are two blocks of low-cost flats in the Batu Gantong area, in George Town, Penang. Not to be mistaken for Medan Lumba Kuda Apartment, they are the 3-storey Block 14 and 5-storey Block 11. The flats are accessed via Jalan Sekolah La Salle, which is connected to Jalan Batu Gantung.

The nearest bus stop is along Scotland Road, about 10 minutes' walk away. It is served by Rapid Penang bus 304 and 306.
