Mekarsari (GPS: 5.53035, 100.49318) is a housing estate developed by Hunza Group in Kepala Batas, Penang. To be developed phase by phase, Mekarsari will eventually become a township within the Bertam neighbourhood.

Phase One of Mekarsari offers single storey terrace houses. Each unit will have space for 2-3 cars. Auto gate point is also provided. There are three designs named Milla (1,380 sqft built up area; 33'x80' land area), Sonia (1,643 sqft; 36'x80') and Zinnia (1,760 sqft; 36'x85').
