Menara Boustead is clad with a blue curtain wall. The anchor tenant on the ground floor is CIMB Private Banking. Apart from Boustead Heavy Industires and Boustead Penang Shipyard, other tenants here include the Texchem Group, Pembangunan Persekutuan Pulau Pinang and Fibrecomm Network.
