Menara IJM Land (GPS: 5.37878, 100.31499) is a 15-storey office building at Lebuh Tunku Kudin 3 in the MetroEast-Udini area of Gelugor, Penang. It houses the offices of real estate developer IJM Properties. Located close to various properties developed by IJM, the office building affords easy access to intended buyers.

Immediately next to Menara IJM Land is Tesco Penang. Under construction next to Menara IJM Land is the The nearest schools are Sekolah Menengah Hamid Khan, Chung Hwa Confucian High School, and Sekolah Kebangsaan Jelutong Barat. Traffic

Traffic along Jalan Tunku Kudin is very heavy during much of the day, as it is one of the main the exits from the Penang Bridge.

Access to Menara IJM Land is through the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway, Jalan Tunku Kudin, Jalan Faraday and Jalan Akuarium. Apart from Jalan Akuarium, the other three may experience jams especially during the evening rush hour, and particularly on Friday.

Getting there

The nearest bus stop is across from Tesco Penang. It is served by Rapid Penang bus 206.
