Menara KWSP (GPS: 5.4237, 100.33072) is a 21-storey office block along Northam Road (Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah) in George Town. As well as being the local head office of Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja (Employee Providend Fund), the tower also houses Prudential Assurance. Construction of this building began on 28 July, 2000. It is part of a planning permission for a 23-storey office block (A), another 23-storey office block (B), two 21-storey office block (B2 and B3), a 21-storey hotel block (C) and the conservation of the former Runnymede Hotel, but only one high-rise block was completed, as of February 2016.
