Ramadan Buffet at Mercure Penang Beach Hotel (14 May 2019)


Mercure Penang Beach is holding a daily Ramadan Buffet until 1 June, 2019, 7:00pm to 10:30pm. Held at The Ombak Restaurant, it is priced at RM75 nett per adult and RM35 nett per child. For a limited time, while stock lasts, early bird vouchers are available for RM60 nett each.

Ramadan Buffet review at Mercure Penang Beach

My wife and I are thrilled to get a chance to try the Ramadan Buffet at Mercure Penang Beach on Tuesday, 14 May, 2019. We were supposed to have come for the preview a week earlier, but due to overlapping invitations, could only make it when the buffet had started. It was a wonderful spread showcasing a wide selection of traditional dishes and desserts. There is an outdoor section with grilled and barbecued items. In addition to that, various sections offer kerabu, acar, fruits, pickles and other accompaniments. There was also various Malay kuih and sweet broth.
