Developed by PPM Realty, it comprises three-storey terrace and semi-detached houses on freehold land. The terrace units come in two configurations, named Teak and Rosewood, while the semi-detached units are called Juniper. Each unit here has four bedrooms and a built up area of 2,650 sqft. Being a serviced residence, there is a maintenance fee of RM200 per month.

Traffic along Lebuh Minden 1 is low, though this road is located quite a distance from the main road, Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah. Access from Jalan Bukit Gambir has not opened at time of writing (January 2014)

Public Transport

The nearest bus stop is along Jalan Bukit Gambir. It is served by Rapid Penang bus 302. The bus stop is about 10 minutes' walk from Minden Gardens Residence. People who can afford to live in Minden Garden would not be taking the bus, but their domestic help might need the information.
