Nadayu 290 is a condominium project planned for Bukit Gambir, Penang. It is supposed to comprise a single 31-storey residential block developed on freehold land by Nadayu Properties Berhad, formerly known as Mutiara Goodyear Development Berhad.Nadayu 290 was launched in 2012 and was the first property development by Nadayu Properties in Penang. However, the development did not progress, and at time of update (November 2019), the land has been taken over by another developer, Exsim. I will monitor and update on the development.
