It is possible to walk to Old Budget Hotel from the Komtar Bus Terminal. From the terminal, walk south along Jalan Ria until junction with Magazine Road. Turn right, follow Magazine Road till Magazine Circus, then continue on Macalister Road. You will see Old Budget Hotel about a hundred meters from Komtar.
