Palm Garden (GPS: 5.3192, 100.26802) is a housing estate in the Desaria neighbourhood of Sungai Ara, in Bayan Lepas, Penang. It was developed by IOI Properties and is located within the Desaria neighbourhood. Palm Garden comprises 90 units of 2- and 3-storey terrace houses built on freehold land.

The nearest functional market is the Sungai Ara Market. The nearest schools are Sekolah Menengah Sungai Ara and Chong Cheng Primary School. The bigger market in the area is the Bayan Baru Market. The nearest bus stops are along Jalan Dato Ismail Hashim, about 5-15 minutes' walk from Palm Garden. The bus stops are served by Rapid Penang bus 302 and 308.
