Pangsapuri Pelangi, also called Pelangi Apartment, is a residential complex on the reclaimed land in the Macallum Street Ghaut neighbourhood of George Town, Penang. It comprises two clusters of high-rise low-cost flats, namely blocks 3, 5, 7, 9 and 11 located off Lintang Macallum 2, and Blocks 358, 360 and 362 off Gat Lebuh Cecil 1. Each block at Pangsapuri Pelangi is about 24 storeys tall. Each two-bedroom one-bathroom unit has a built-up area of 550 sqft.
