Pangsapuri Taman Tun Dr Awang (GPS: 5.44521, 100.37993) are low-cost flats in Bagan Ajam, Seberang Perai. These are two-bedroom flats. Each block is five storeys tall and are without lifts.

In October 2017, three of the flats were beautified with wall murals. Each of these murals cover the entire surface of the block facing Jalan Pantai Bersih. The murals were painted by three artists, 28-year-olds Syazwan Jalil and Syamsul Addeno, and 26-year-old Suhaimi Ali, 26. The project began in September 2017. All three murals carry a coastal theme. It was carried out in collaboration with ThinkCity.
