The apartment, which is located next to the Botanic Gardens Hawker Complex, has just 40 units, which make it eight on each floor. Each unit of 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment has a floor area of 1,090 sqft. The monthly maintenance fee is RM130.00.

However, this being Penang, the road leading to the botanic gardens is often congested every evening as the gardens are a very popular recreation spot. A few times a year, Jalan Kebun Bunga is closed to traffic due to special events such as the Thaipusam celebrations - the processions terminate at the Balathandayuthapani Temple nearby - and the floral festivals, with make the whole road jammed.
