Pasir Belanda (GPS: 5.2854, 100.22286) is an area in Teluk Kumbar, Penang. It is located along Jalan Gertak Sanggul, between the pekan of Teluk Kumbar and Tanjung Asam. The population is a mix of Malays and Chinese fishermen. Every morning, there would be a market operating here, along both sides of Lorong Gertak Sanggul. Further up the coast are three seaside restaurants namely Khunthai, Hai Boey and Ombak Damai.
