Pearl City Mall (GPS: 5.277, 100.49094) is a shopping mall in Bandar Tasek Mutiara, in Simpang Ampat, Seberang Perai. The centrepiece of the Bandar Tasek Mutiara development, the two-storey mall is located on Persiaran Mutiara 4 off Jalan Tasek Mutiara 2.

The anchor tenant of Pearl City Mall is C Mart Premium hypermarket. Other tenants include Mr DIY, Satay Pondok, Eternal Time Gallery and Factory Direct, among others. On my visit in November 2016, I find that the mall is still not very happening, probably due to it being located in an area that is still undergoing development.
