Penang Diocesan Museum (GPS: 5.42064, 100.33813) is a museum in George Town, Penang. It occupies a building next to the Church of the Assumption on Farquhar Street. The Penang Diocesan Museum provides information on the history of the Roman Catholic church in Penang, beginning with the arrival of early Eurasian settlers escaping persecution in Phuket. The history of the Church of the Assumption is also documented here, along with details about the construction of the church building in 1860.

The museum also provides details on various historic figures who are significant with the Roman Catholic in Penang. The museum was officially opened by the then Chief Minister of Penang, Lim Guan Eng, on 2 January, 2018.
