Penang Heritage Gallery (GPS: 5.42204, 100.33124) is a gallery in downtown
George Town,
Penang. It occupies the ground floor of the Yayasan Bumiputra Pulau Pinang Building, at the junction of
Sri Bahari Road with
Transfer Road.
The Penang Heritage Gallery exhibits an eclectic collection of artifacts reflecting the multiracial heritage of the state. The display is an assortment without following any particular chronological order, but is simply a disparate collection that forms part of what would be regarded objects of heritage value.
The Penang Heritage Gallery is open Mondays to Thursdays from 9:00 am to to 4:45 pm, and on Fridays from 9:00 am to 12:15 pm, and from 2:45 pm to 4:45 pm. It is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Entrance is free.
