Penang Waterfront LRT Station (GPS: 5.3749, 100.31592) is one of the planned stations of the Mutiara LRT Line on Penang Island. It was formerly known as Penang Waterfront LRT Station. From the Komtar LRT Station, it is the 6th station, inclusive Komtar. Penang Waterfront LRT Station is between the East Jelutong LRT Station and the Gelugor LRT Station. It is located beside the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway, adjacent to Penang Waterfront Waterfront, quite likely across the road from the Caltex petrol station.

Penang Waterfront LRT Station is expected to serve commuters, shoppers and diners at Lotus's Penang, Bayswater Condominium, Platino Condominium, Pearl Regency Condominium, Vertiq Condominium, Menara IJM, Marine Department, Penang Waterfront Collection, Penang Waterfront Point, Penang Waterfront Linear and Kampung Sungai Gelugor, among others. After the Light LRT Station, the elevated tracks curve west towards Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah.
