PERDA Hotel Teluk Bahang (25 February 2018)


Penang Regional Development Authority or PERDA is constructing a 12-storey hotel (GPS: 5.46001, 100.21896) in Teluk Bahang. The building comprises two levels of facilities, 10 levels of hotel rooms and one basement level for car park. The hotel will have 160 rooms. PERDA is also constructing a 10-storey low cost block housing 100 units of flats. The site is across the road from the now closed Penang Mutiara Beach Resort, and a short distance from Angsana Teluk Bahang, also under construction at time of writing (March 2018) The hotel opened as Bahang Bay Hotel.
