Permai Gardens (GPS: 5.45405, 100.28489) is a gated and guarded residential neighbourhood in Tanjong Bungah, Penang. It is presently being developed by BSG Property, the property development arm of The Boon Siew Group. Permai Gardens occupies a plot of land off Jalan Lembah Permai.
