Permatang Buluh (GPS: 5.48549, 100.42613) is a village on the southern part of Kepala Batas, in Seberang Perai Utara. The village centres upon the cross roads (or Simpang Empat) of Jalan Pokok Sena (State Route P200) and Jalan Sungai Dua (P203). On the southwestern part of the cross road is Masjid Jamek Permatang Buloh, the village mosque.
