Shrine of Jesus the Way (GPS: 14.53069, 120.98215) is a Roman Catholic shrine in
Manila, Philippines. Officially known as the Archdiocesan Shrine of Jesus the Way, the Truth and the Life, it is located along Coral Way, across from the junction of Seashell Lane, within the SM Central Business Park development, in the city of Pasay in Metro Manila.
The Shrine of Jesus the Way was built to fulfill the desire by the late Pope John Paul II, who envisioned a shrine to Jesus, during his visit to Manila in 1995 for the World Youth Day celebration. When SM Central Business Park was developed, the founders of SM Group of Companies, Mr & Mrs Henry Sy Jr., helped to realise the desire by having the shrine built on the reclaimed site off Manila Bay. The shrine was built by the late Archbishop of Manila, Cardinal Jaime Sin, and dedicated on 9 July, 1999.
