Phillips Road or Jalan Phillips is a minor residential road in the Green Lane neighbourhood of George Town, Penang. It runs from Kennedy Road westward to a cul-de-sac. The road forms a circle around a neighbourhood playground. It is surrounded by detached bungalows, many of which built in the late 1950s and early 1960s.

The nearest bus stop is along Green Lane. It is served by Rapid Penang bus 102, 206 and 304.
