Pineapple Tarts

Chinese New Year is around the corner, so this morning my wife woke up very early (around 4am) to make Pineapple Tarts. She was already half way in making it when I woke up at 5:45am. These will be put into plastic containers for personal consumption as well as to be given to her family members.
