Precinct 10 (GPS: 5.44924, 100.30599) is a food & beverage complex in Tanjong Tokong, Penang. Developed by BSG Property, it has a lettable area totalling 47,000 sqft on a 1.7 hectare site. Precinct 10 houses a number of restaurants including Burger King (since then closed down and will be taken over by KFC), Old Town White Coffee, Chez Weng Modern Grill and Sushi Zento. HSBC has also opened a bank outlet there.

Getting there

Rapid Penang Bus 101, 102 and 103 pass along the main road of Tanjong Tokong in front of Precinct 10.
