Junction of Presgrave Street with Bridge Street (6 February 2013)

Presgrave Street (Malay: Lebuh Presgrave; Penang Hokkien: Snar3-Tiau3 Lor33 ) is the third street from the Prangin Canal. Thus it is known in Hokkien as Snar3 Tiau3 Lor3, or 3rd Street.

Presgrave Street is today part of the city area known as the Seven Street Precinct. It runs from Brick Kiln Road to the west to Bridge Street to the east, with McNair Street cutting through the middle.

Presgrave Street is within a working class neighbourhood. Nonetheless some of the houses are quite ornate residences of the floral Straits Eclectic style.
