Promenade 28 (GPS: 5.3993, 100.33089), also known as Lot 28, is a row of commercial properties in Bandar Sri Pinang, Jelutong. It is located along Lebuh Sungai Pinang 6, facing the Karpal Singh Drive. Each shoplot at Promenade 28 is three storeys in height and has a built-up area of 3,648 sqft. The subsale price presently stands at about RM2.5 million each.

One of the first outlet to operate there was a Burger King was one of the first business to occupy this commercial property. Unfortunately, the outlet did not last long, and has since closed down.

Getting there

At present, the area is not served by bus, so the most practical way of reaching it is by private vehicle.
