Updates
25 April, 2014: My wife and I returned to the Pulau Tikus Market Hawker Centre. This time we went on a Friday. Today we finally saw the "right" koay teow thng stall - on our previous visit of 23 Jan (see below), we ordered from the "wrong" stall from the one recommended to us. Oh yes, the taste is certainly so much better, I even slowed down eating so that I don't finish my koay teow thng too fast!

23 January, 2014: My wife and I went for dinner at the Pulau Tikus Market Hawker Centre. We were recommended to try the koay teow thng and the Hainanese pork satay. We did manage to try the koay teow thng, which I found to be "not too bad", but there was no Hainanese satay stall. There is a Pak Ali satay stall, but we did not order.

The koay teow is very soft, the way I like it. (My wife however, feels that the koay teow is too soft, and is already overcooked.) The service is also a bit slow. We sat within view of the stall, so we could watch for fast each delivery was made. We ordered the big bowl, but since this is koay teow thng, it wasn't very filling.
