Pulse (GPS: 5.37687, 100.30502) is a 30-storey condominium in Bukit Gelugor, Penang. Developed by Nusmetro Venture (P) Sdn Bhd, it is one of the two property projects on the site of the former Kampung Buah Pala, the other being The Oasis Condominium.

Pulse Condominium was built on leasehold land and was completed in 2012. There are a total of 249 units at Pulse Condominium. Each 3-bedroom 2-bathroom unit has a floor area of 880 sqft.

Facilities

Facilities include 24-hour security, 2 covered parking bays per unit, swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna, jacuzzi, jogging track and barbecue area, among others.

The nearest schools are SK Bukit Gelugor and SMK Hamid Khan. The nearest market is the Island Glades market along Lorong Delima 6, with the nearest proper marketing being the Jelutong Market. The nearest petrol station is the Shell at junction of Lebuhraya Bingham with Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah. The nearest shopping centre is Lotus's Penang. The nearest hospital is Lam Wah Ee Hospital.

Pulse Condominium is approximately 6.5 km from Komtar, placing it in moderate distance from the city centre.

Traffic

Traffic along Jalan Kaki Bukit, the main access road to Pulse Condominium, is light for much of the day, although the main roads Jalan Bukit Gambir and Yeap Chor Ee Road are often heavily congested during rush hour (but then again, which main road in Penang isn't?) An alternative access/exit is via Lebuhraya Bingham to Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah.

Public Transport

There are no bus stops in the vicinity of Pulse Condominium. The nearest, at Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, is a good ten-minute walk away up hill and down.
