Queens Waterfront Residences (GPS: 5.33427, 100.30886) is a condominium in the Queensbay neighbourhood of Bayan Lepas, Penang. The developer is Ideal Property Group. At time of writing (July 2020), the condominium is still under contruction. The project covers 11 acres and is being developed in 4 phases. Among the features planned for the project include a marina, a football field, an international school, an aquatic centre and a velodrome.

Phase Q1 comprises a 21-storey two-tower condominium with a total of 500 units. Each unit has a built up area ranging from 950 sqft to 1,650 sqft. Phase Q2 comprises a single 24-storey condominium block with 450 units, built up area from 950 sqft to 1,650 sqft. Phases Q3 and Q4 will be developed after the completion of the first two phases.
