Dinner at Red Chopsticks, 4 May 2016

Red Chopsticks has become one of our favourite places to have dinner, when we don't feel like cooking. On this visit, which we dropped in unannounced, we tried the lotus leaf fried rice. My wife and I ordered one each, and to go with it, we also ordered the laksa.

The lotus leaf fried rice comes with sambal. It is delicious on its own, but made even better when we take it with the laksa on the side. I enjoy the thick gravy of the Red Chopsticks laksa, which goes so well with the fried rice. Though not little, we quickly finished our meal and was wishing for more. It was a very nice, simple dinner, and I look forward to have it all over again soon!
