Red Chopsticks Restaurant (19 June 2016)

My wife and I had a wonderful lunch at
Red Chopsticks Restaurant on 19 June, 2016. It was made even more memorable because we were having lunch with Datuk Lim Bian Yam, who is regarded as Penang's Living Heritage Treasure. Datuk Lim is the mentor to
Red Chopsticks owner Tee Peck Siang. It was through him that she learned and improved upon her cooking skills, and even today, many of the recipes at Red Chopsticks are derived from what she learned at Datuk Lim's cooking class.

The day being Father's Day, Red Chopsticks was full house on that day, with all tables taken. For our lunch, Peck Siang had prepared a large selection of items. Considering there were ten of us, we have a chance to try out many items. Let me show them to you right here.
