It has Canadian lobster meat, Hokkaido scallops, herbal egg, spring onion, handmade noodles and homemade sambal, served in a rich Hokkien Mee broth. The restaurant is limited to only 20 bowls of this item per day.

Visit to Spink Restaurant

My wife and I were invited to a meal at Spink Restaurant on 13 October 2023. We enjoyed the Lobster Hokkien Mee, the Creamy Nyonya Mixed Seafood with Squid Ink Pasta, and the Foie Gras Crè Brûlée. The beverages to go with these dishes was the Strawberryfee, which has strawberry, coffee, milk and whipped cream, and Mango Passin, with mango, passion fruit and soda.

The Terrine de Foie Gras is not a dessert but more a tapa. It has rougié foie gras topped with caviar, with the topping blow torched to caramelised, served with country bread and apricot jam.
