Restoran Bee Hooi (GPS: 5.43221, 100.31015), or Bee Hooi Cafe, is a coffee shop in Pulau Tikus, Penang. The shop is located along the same row as another major coffee shop, Poly Coffee Garden. Each is at either end of a row of shophouses in Pulau Tikus. Bee Hooi Cafe has been operating since 1974. Its owner had been operating the coffee shop business even earlier before opening the coffee shop in Pulau Tikus. One of the specialties there is the Mee Suah Tau.

Although Bee Hooi Cafe opens for long hours, from early morning till night, there is a changeover in the hawkers operating there. Bee Hooi Cafe becomes busier towards the evening, as the after-work crowd descends on it for dinner.
