2019 Christmas Dining, Bayview Hotel Georgetown Penang (19 December 2019)


We are getting very close to Christmas. In preparation for the festivities, Bayview Hotel Georgetown Penang has created a wide range of dishes for the occasion. This year's theme is Christmas Eve Dinner Delight. It will be held at the hotel's main dining outlet, Kopitiam Restaurant, on Christmas Eve, 24 December, 2019, from 6:30pm. The buffet is priced at RM98 nett per adult and RM78 nett per child. There is also a Buy 1 Free 1 beer promotion at the Lobby Lounge.

In preparation for visitors coming to Penang during the Christmas season, the hotel is offering a Dinner + Room Package at RM398 nett applicable for 2 persons for the Christmas Eve Dinner, and 1 night say at their Deluxe Room with breakfast for two. Those extending their stay enjoy RM260nett accommodation inclusive breakfast for 2.

For New Year 2020, Bayview Hotel Georgetown Penang has prepared a Welcome 2020 BBQ Buffet Dinner. To be held at Kopitiam Restaurant at 6:30pm, on 31 December, 2019, it is priced at RM118 nett per adult and RM88 nett per child. Over at the Lobby Lounge, there is a Buy 1 Free 1 beer promotion. In addition, there is also a Dinner + Room Package priced at RM438 nett, which includes enjoying the Welcome 2020 Bbq Buffet Dinner for 2 diners and a 1-night stay in their Deluxe Room with breakfast for two. Extension of stay is at RM280 nett.

My wife and I joined members of the local social media community in previewing the buffet dinner prepared by Bayview Hotel Georgetown Penang on Thursday, 19 December, 2019. In addition to bloggers, the hotel also invited corporate representatives to sample the wide range of delectable items the hotel's chefs have prepared. Rows of food filled up the whole dining hall. There was a lot to eat and to try out that gave us an idea of what to expect during the coming Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Let me show you what we enjoyed that evening.
